SECTION 4: Our Custom Process (Simple and Fast)
Step 1: Choose the style you want from the Custom Art series, select your desired size after clicking, then proceed to checkout and make the payment. If the existing sizes do not meet your needs, please let us know via email (support@oilpaintinghaven.com) or WhatsApp (+1 912-571-8090), and we will provide you with a quote and create a unique payment link. (When you read this, I know what you're thinking—about our refund policy, which will be covered in the fourth section.) Please note: Ensure that the detailed shipping information and email are filled in correctly, as we prefer to use email and WhatsApp for communication.
Step 2: After completing the payment, send us your photo and ideas. We will promptly arrange for an experienced artist to design an electronic rendering for your approval, during which you can request unlimited modifications.
Step 3: Once you approve the electronic rendering, our artist will begin creating the order by hand for you. We will notify you via email when the artist starts the order. If you have any creative ideas during this process, please let us know, and we will incorporate them.
Step 4: Once the artist completes your order, we will send you a photo of the finished product for approval, allowing you unlimited modifications at this stage.
Step 5: After you approve the finished product, we will send you a document containing various free frame options, each with a code. All you need to do is inform us of the code, and we will arrange for our framing staff to add the frame. Once the framing is completed, we will arrange logistics for shipping and provide a tracking number for you to monitor the shipment’s progress. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
Step 6: Now, you just need to wait for your customized piece to be delivered to you.
SECTION 5: Refund and Return Policy for the Custom Art Series
If you request a refund during the electronic rendering process, we will deduct a symbolic $5 from the refund as compensation for the artist’s labor.
If you request a refund during the artist’s creation process, we will deduct 10%-30% from the refund based on the order's completion stage as compensation for the artist’s labor.
30-day free returns and exchanges: Please contact us via email and inform us of the reasons. We will provide a return label. Once our warehouse receives the returned item, we will arrange a refund promptly.
Any returns made without prior notification will not be accepted.
Regarding payment for the artist's labor, Oil Painting Haven solely acts as a bridge between consumers and artists, not making profits through this means, as our main business is selling oil paintings and custom oil paintings. The fee you pay goes directly to the artist. Creating art is not easy, and we hope for your understanding.
