Step 1: Place Your Order
After selecting the size, place your order and send your photos along with the order number tosupport@oilpaintinghaven.com. You may also send multiple photos, and we will combine them into a single portrait.
Step 2: Approve Mockup
Our graphic designer will create a digital sample based on the photos you provide. We will send the digital sample to you for approval, and you can request modifications or the addition of other content.
Step 3: Painting Begins
Our artist will begin painting the digital sample you approved. Once the portrait is completed, the artist will take a photo of it and send it to you for your approval, at which point you can request any modifications.
Step 4: Approve Painting
Once ready and approved, you'll be able to choose a frame. We will send you some pictures of picture frames, each with a frame number. You need to send us the frame numbers, and once we receive them, we will assemble the frames for you and arrange for shipping. Assembling a frame takes 1 to 2 hours.
Step 5: Receive your customized product.
We prefer to use FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS as our carriers, as they will deliver your package to you as quickly as possible. Finally, you just need to wait at home for your package.
