If you discover any non-human damage to the product within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us immediately. We understand that products may sometimes be damaged during shipping, and we are willing to offer you a hassle-free return and refund service.

2. How to Apply for a Return

  • Contact Customer Service: Please reach out to us via our customer service email at support@oilpaintinghaven.com, providing your order number and photos of the damaged product to facilitate a quick resolution.
  • Confirm Return Request: Our customer service team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm your return request via email.

3. Return Process

  • Receive Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Prepare Return Package: Please package the product securely to prevent further damage during transit. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
  • Arrange Pickup: Contact the designated carrier on the return shipping label to schedule a pickup. You will not incur any additional shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs: The return shipping fees will be covered by Oil Painting Haven.

4. Refund Process

  • Receive Return: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that the exact time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment platform's processing time.
